Salesforce World Tour, London is just a continuation of day full of innovation and excitement. The event is scheduled on 23rd May 2019, at London, Excel. Yet another trip to London for me as I travel for this event. And there must be lots of reasons as to why I am on this trip.

The special presentation by Joe Thomas, Evangelist – Analytics, FinancialForce on “Era of Augmented Intelligence: Einstein Discovery” is something I yearn for a continuous journey. Since FinancialForce is using Einstein Analytics and Einstein Discovery, I will learn more about how to use these two products to identify customer attrition, improve customer satisfaction and enhance project and sales profitability. There is no end to learning, you know!
